How do I book services?

We have a chart in the stables and all you need to do is tick the services you want and when you want them done.  All that we ask is that you give us 24 hours notice of your requirements.  A sample of the chart is shown below - it's as easy as that!

Why you and your horse will be better off with us

If you cannot say yes with 100% certainty to any of the following, about your current arrangements for the care of your horse, you need to come and see us

My horse:

1. Is safe in his stable
2. Is safe in the yard
3. Is safe in the field
4. Is happy
5. Is treated with kindness and respect at all times by those who look after him in my absence
6. Is fed as directed, and is checked over thoroughly in my absence
7. Is NEVER left alone in the field or the stable unless I am totally happy for this to happen
8. Has the type and amount of grazing that suits his needs
9. Is protected from allergens by being fed good quality haylage and bedded on quality shavings
10. Is stabled in clean and tidy stables, free from build up of ammonia caused by stale urine
11. Has clean, fresh water ad lib at all times
12. Will receive prompt and appropriate first aid in my absence
13. Participates in an effective worming programme

The yard, staff, facilities and grazing:

1. There is good lighting in my stable
2. There is lighting in the yard and at the access to the fields so that I can see to put my horse out and bring him in even if it is dark
3. Paddocks are free of ragwort
4. Paddocks are regularly cleared of faeces to reduce the worm burden
5. All clients and staff on the yard are friendly, helpful and fun to be with
6. I have access to good off road riding and bridleways
7. I have access to jumping and schooling facilities
8. The staff are approachable, and if I am not happy about something or need some help or advice, I get it
9. Disposal of soiled bedding is easy and I only have to walk a few meters to tip my barrow
10. I trust those who look after my horse and I am confident that my horse will receive the highest standard of physical and emotional care whether I am there or not
